Lori Eldridge has been promoted to senior vice president/director in human resources at Citizens Bank in Providence. She most recently was a vice president in the same department. Eldridge joined Citizens in 2001 as an assistant vice president/senior generalist in human resources. In her new role, she is responsible for providing human resources leadership and support to the consumer finance and marketing divisions.
