LSI Retail Graphics expands Highland Park


The Redevelopment Agency of Woonsocket and LSI Retail Graphics have reached agreement under which LSI would purchase a 7.75 acre parcel in the Highland Corporate Park Expansion adjacent to their existing facility for $387,5000. The purpose of this acquisition is to allow LSI Retail Graphics to construct a 50,000 to 60,000 square foot, two-story building to fully house their rapidly expanding operations at Highland Park.



Currently the company employees 75, which is projected to increase to approximately 125 employees within the next three years resulting from the implementation of this proposed addition.



Founded in 1994 by Donna and Jeffrey Stearns, the company relocated from Massachusetts in 1999. Retail Graphics designs, fabricates and installs interior store signage for retail commercial chains throughout the country. The Stearns sold their financial interest in Retail Graphics to the LSI Industries of Ohio in 1999. Since that time, Jeffrey Stearns has remained as company president.
