Lynn A. Trapanese has been appointed vice president/regional field exams manager in the commercial loan department at Providence-based Citizens Bank. She joined the bank in May from General Electric – Commercial Financial Services in Norwalk, Conn., where she was an assistant vice president. Trapanese has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Ga. She is a certified fraud examiner and lives in Norwalk, Conn.
