Lynne Kelly has been appointed president of the board of directors for Grantmakers Council of Rhode Island. She previously served on the board as secretary. Kelly is a community-relations manager for Collette Vacations, where she has worked since 2002. At Collette, she is responsible for administering grant requests to the company’s corporate foundation and for managing corporate sponsorships. •
