Marie R. Fraley has been honored with Rhode Island College’s Alumni Service Award.
She helped launch the college’s Institute for Portuguese and Lusophone World Studies.
She has earned a certificate in non-profit students and is a co-founder and past president of Friends of Portuguese Studies.
Fraley was named a Partner in Philanthropy by the Association for Fundraising Professionals in 2006.
