Mark Tulin has joined the Seekonk office of D.F. Pray General Contractors as director of safety. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote comprehensive safety policies and practices, and instill safety awareness in all aspects of the company’s operations. Tulin’s duties also include crafting programs that include safety awareness, site inspections, and comprehensive in-house training.
