Martha Farrelly has joined the Geriatric Care Management Team at HealthTouch, a private duty home care provider. Farrelly is certified in gerontological nursing and will serve as a client advocate, provide crisis intervention, conduct care plan assessments to identify problems and provide solutions, and monitor in-home help or other services. She has a B.A. in nursing from Rhode Island College.
