Matthew Cooper has been named an associate at Adler Pollock & Sheehan PC. He brings to his role experience representing clients in complex business-litigation matters in state and federal courts, as well as commercial-litigation matters. Cooper began his career at Latham & Watkins LLP. He earned his B.A. from Dartmouth College and his J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law. •
