Matthew Cox has been named executive director of the Rhode Island Parent Information Network (RIPIN). He will be responsible for overseeing RIPIN employees within 18 programs statewide. Cox has served as associate director since 2002 and has nearly 20 years experience in nonprofit management, fundraising and communications. He has a B.A. from the University of Houston. &#8226
