Matthew Estrela has been promoted to mortgage consultant at Bristol County Savings Bank. Estrela will be responsible for originating loans in the greater Rhode Island area, educating customers on the mortgage process and consulting with borrowers. Previously, Estrela held the position of mortgage underwriter. Previously, he was also an account executive at Option One Mortgage Corp. •
