Melvyn A. Holland, partner of Rosenfeld Raymon Restivo PC, has been named chairman of the Massachusetts Board of Public Accountancy. He has served on the board since 1978. Holland also serves on the board of the New Bedford Economic Development Corporation and is director of Slade’s Ferry Bancorp. A graduate of Providence College, Holland lives with his family in South Dartmouth, Mass.
