Michael Moses has been appointed publisher of The Call newspaper in Woonsocket and sister publication, The Times in Pawtucket. He previously served as corporate director of advertising with South of Boston Media and Memorial Press Group in Plymouth, Mass. Moses has held several previous positions responsible for new product development, formation of partnerships and direct operational responsibility for 18 titles on the North Shore of Massachusetts.
