Michael R. Goulet has been named vice president and director of business line assurance in enterprise risk management at Citizens Bank. He joined Citizens in February from Bank of America, where he was a senior vice president. Goulet is responsible for ensuring the business units implement an effective risk management program, in accordance with the Citizens’ operational framework. He has a bachelor’s degree from Providence College and a juris doctorate from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston.
