Michel Manosh has joined Cornerstone Adult Services in Warwick as director of finance. He was previously executive director of operations at R.I. Department of Mental Health, Retardation and Hospitals. In his new role, Manosh will direct financial policies and decision support to management staff. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s in public administration from the University of Rhode Island.
