Michele M. Gousie of Cranston has been named human resources manager at Dexter Credit Union of Central Falls. She is responsible for managing and directing personnel activities and benefits administration as well as developing and implementing personnel, human resources and labor relations policy and procedure. She has a master’s degree in labor and industrial relations from the University of Rhode Island.
