Michelle Ruberto Fonseca has been named partner of Holland & Knight LLP where she focuses in the area of tax credit syndication. She has extensive experience in affordable housing tax credit projects, including low-income multi-family and elderly housing projects, assisted living developments, housing preservation and other affordable housing programs. Fonseca is also experience in state and federal historic tax credit transactions. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island and her law degree from the Suffolk University Law School.
