Mick Lamond has been appointed chief financial officer of Newport Harbor Corporation in Newport. He is a certified public accountant overseeing the company’s finance, human resource and information technology departments. Lamond was a principal at Tofias PC. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the R.I. Society of CPAs. Lamond has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s in taxation. He lives in Cranston.
