The mixed use project will consist of three principal buildings composed of a 225-room full service Hilton Hotel, a 100,000 square foot office building, and 200 units of luxury housing. Other components of the project to be developed by Eastman Pierce of Newport, will consist of 50,000 square feet of retail on the ground level and a parking garage with a capacity of more than 500 vehicles. Retail space will be devoted to cafes, restaurants, and service providers. Approvals for the project are still pending from the Providence City Council and the Capital Center Commission.
