Monica Spach Curhan was been promoted to first vice president/marketing director for Citizens~ Union Savings Bank. Curhan joined Citizens~ Union in 2005 as vice president/ marketing director. She has also held positions with HarborOne Credit Union, CompassBank and Plymouth Savings Bank. A certified financial marketing professional, Curhan is a member of the New England Financial Marketing Association. •
