Mortimer Mollman has been appointed restaurant manager for The Mooring Restaurant in Newport. He previously worked as captain and manager for the Clarke Cooke House in Newport, where he provided wine service, supervised opening and closing, and was the assistant to the general manager and maitre d’. Mollman holds a master’s degree from the Austrian Hospitality Graduate School. He and his family live in Newport.
