Neil Schriever has been appointed vice president of sales at the Providence Warwick Convention and Visitors Bureau, located in Providence. He is responsible for the development, management and guidance of the company’s national sales team in generating sales for the Rhode Island Convention Center and area hotels. He previously worked as director of citywide sales for Starwood Hotels of Boston. Schriever is a member of the Professional Convention Management Association and is current president of the PCMA New England Chapter. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
