Nextel adds new service

BEDFORD, MASS — Nextel Communications Inc. announced alliances with DST Innovis
and PeopleSoft to provide Nextel Wireless Web customers with innovative Customer
Relationship Management solutions that allow mobile sales representatives, field
technicians and dispatchers in the cable satellite television business to improve
customer care, communication and efficiency while in the field. According to the
Nextel, the introduction of these applications continues to support the company’s
strategy to provide mobile workers with the most effective, innovative ways to
communicate with their vital customers and boost their productivity.
