Nicholas E. Rabar has been named executive chef at Chinese Laundry. Rabar has spent the last five years as corporate executive chef of Chow Fun Food Group, which owns and operates 10 Prime Steak and Sushi, XO Steakhouse and Citron Wine Bar and Bistro. He graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and has held numerous high-profile culinary titles.
