Owen Heleen has been appointed chief strategy officer at The Providence Center. Most recently, Heleen served as senior director of grantmaking at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Prior to that, he was vice president of grant programs at the Rhode Island Foundation. Heleen will now be responsible for working with the center’s leadership team to define the organization’s direction. •
