What one employee-centered initiative are you most proud of?
Our wellness program. We understand how important it is to provide the tools and resources our employees need to maintain good health and wellness.

What’s the best way you call out special efforts/achievements?
We have a formal and active staff-recognition program – a special email announcement about their achievements is sent to all employees, they are featured on our intranet site, they receive a monetary gift and they have their name engraved on a recognition plaque.
