Patricia A. Talin has been named director of human resources at Amica Mutual Insurance Company. She previously held the position of vice president and has worked for Amica since 1971. Talin earned a bachelor’s degree from Wells College and her master’s degree from New York University. She is a resident of East Greenwich.
