Paul Prindiville, of Bristol, has been named a managing director for Bedford Lending Corporation. He is president of Barrington-based Diversified Capital Corporation, who will represent Bedford Lending in Southeastern New England. He is also a director of the Smaller Business Association of New England and a past president of the Bristol Rotary Club.
