Paula Freitas has been named vice president and regional branch manager of Citizen-Union Bank’s two New Bedford branches. Freitas has more than 20 years of retail-management experience. She previously served as assistant vice president and regional branch administrator at Bristol County Savings Bank, as well as various management roles at Webster Bank/First Federal Savings Bank. •
