The Pawtucket Credit Union is running a “silver and gold giveaway” for accounts opened at its new East Providence branch.
Beginning Sept. 12, customers who open a “great checking II” account with at least $500, a home equity line of credit or 22-month bump-up CD at the new branch will receive a 1920s silver dollar. They’ll also be entered in a sweepstakes to win one of five rare gold coins valued at $585 each.
The silver dollar promotion is good while supplies last and the gold coin promotion ends Oct. 22.
