BEDFORD, MASS. — PSDI, which now operates under the name MRO Software, a company that works to streamline the supply chain for maintenance, repair, and operations materials, has reported a net loss of $7.7 million, or $0.35 per share for the first quarter. The company reported net income of $2.6 million, or $0.11 per diluted share, for the same period a year ago.
PSDI’s total revenues for the quarter increased 8 percent to $41.5 million, compared to $38
million for the same period a year ago. The company reported a loss of $0.8 million in pro forma net income, which PSDI said is adjusted for the pre-tax effects of amortization of goodwill and a one-time charge arising from the issuance of a stock purchase warrant. Pro forma income for the same period a year ago was $2.8 million, the company said.
