Penny Crandall has been named assistant vice president/senior loan officer of the Westerly Community Credit Union. She has more than 12 years of lending experience. In her new role, Crandall oversees all aspects of the lending department including scheduling loan staff, training and assisting members with their financial needs. She has attended the Credit Union National Association Consumer Lending Management School.
