Peter Gordon has been appointed senior vice president/director of Citizens’ Direct Bank. He is responsible for direct bank and online banking, which includes inbound and outbound sales functions of Citizens’ PhoneBank. He has 15 years’ experience in implementing sales, marketing and customer service strategies for various industries. Gordon is a member of the steering committee of the Babson Technology Alumni Council, a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and an alumni mentor of Babson College. He received a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in New York and his master’s degree from Babson College. He lives in Sharon, Mass.
