Phil Zarlengo has been named board chair of AARP. He will serve in the position until 2012. Zarlengo was elected to the Board of Directors in 2006 and previously served as vice chair of the board. He has served the Member Value Social Impact Committee and the Board Membership Committee. Previously, Zarlengo was the CEO of Brown University’s Regional and Islands Educational Research Laboratory. ̶ •
