Pierre La Perriere joined Gilbane as vice president, corporate director
of human resources. He is responsible for leading all human resources functions
including benefits, salary administration, performance management systems, employee
policies, employee relations and recruitment. La Perriere previously held the
position of director of business services for Toray Plastics Inc. in North Kingstown.
He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and serves as chairperson for the
St. Bernard Scholarship Fund. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Southeastern
Massachusetts University and his master’s degree from Bryant College. La Perriere
lives with his family in Exeter.
