Priscilla L. Young has been named executive director of Big Sisters of Rhode Island. She heads fundraising, outreach efforts and daily operations for the organization. Young worked as development officer, annual giving and donor communications at Lifespan. She has run a consulting business since 1994, conducting trainings and working with clients on clutter control and time management. She earned an associate’s degree from the University of South Florida and a bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College. She and her husband live Providence.
