Real Estate Briefs Dollar Tree opens fourth store

NORTH KINGSTOWN — Dollar Tree Stores has opened its fourth Rhode Island store at Kingstown Plaza on Route 1 (Post Road). The 87,500 square foot shopping center is owned and managed by The Grossman Companies of Quincy, Mass. Dollar Tree occupies 10,000 square feet. The store, which says it is the largest discount variety chain offering merchandise at the $1 price point, operates more than 1,720 stores in 36 states.
