CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners, a commercial real estate services firm with offices in Rhode Island,
announced late last month that it has brokered the sale of the 160,000-square-foot
Warwick Centre in Warwick for $30,794,000.
CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Senior Vice President and partner William Moylan and
Vice President Chris Angelone represented the seller and also procured the
buyer, Inland Real Estate Group Inc.

“This sale is indicative of the continued strength of the retail market,” Moylan said. “Well-located power centers in strong retail markets such as Warwick are commanding record low cap rates.”
The Warwick Centre is a retail complex located in the
heart of the shopping district of Warwick and is fully occupied. Tenants include Barnes & Noble, DSW and Linens & Things.
