Dana Phillips has been named Rhode Island REALTOR of the Year for 2000. The award recipient is selected on the basis of the achievements and contributions deemed to represent those qualities all Realtors should ascribe to in his or her civic and professional life. Phillips is the broker/owner of RE/MAX Post Road Realty in North Kingstown. He has been a member of the former Washington County Board and Kent Washington Board of REALTORS. He was president of the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS in 1998 and was also treasurer and vice president. He has attained the CRS and GRI Realtor designations. He graduated from Oglethorpe University in 1975 with a bachelor’s degree in pre-law.
