Bancorp Rhode Island, Inc. announced last week that Donald J. Reaves has resigned from the company’s board of directors in connection with his recent appointment as vice president for administration and chief financial officer at the University of Chicago.
Reaves has also resigned from the board of the company’s banking subsidiary, Bank Rhode Island. He has been on the company’s board of directors since its inception in 1996.
