Rebecca Duke has been named vice president of distribution for LIN TV Corp.
She will negotiate retransmission deals and carriage contracts and manage relationships with distributors of broadcast signals.
She previously worked for Holland & Knight LLP as senior counsel for the telecommunications group.
Duke has a B.A. in history from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn., and a J.D. from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
