The 56th annual Home Show will get under way today, March 15, and run through Sunday, March 19, at the R.I. Convention Center. More than 300 exhibitors are expected to showcase the latest in home improvement trends, products and technology.
The show will feature contractors, remodelers, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, security systems, appliances, landscapers, home electronics, decorators and much more.

A host of daily events and seminars are also planned, including an antiques show, cooking demonstrations and a chance to win a free rental of a Narragansett Pier cottage for a week this summer. Irish step dancers will also be performing throughout the weekend.
The Home Show attracts thousands of visitors each year from Rhode Island and its neighboring communities in southern New England. The Home Show, started in 1948, is sponsored by the R.I. Builders Association, which solely owns and operates the show.
