Richard G. Luckhardt has been named president of the new Connecticut region of the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association. He has served as the coach for the Connecticut College Equestrian Team since 2005, and has taught riding classes at the college since 2004. He is a recorded judge and course designer with the U.S. Equestrian Federation in Hunters/Hunter Seat Equitation and Jumpers, as well as a licensed judge with the New England Horsemen’s Council in Hunters and Jumpers. •
