Richard J. Goldberg has been appointed by the National Quality Forum to a steering committee created to endorse national voluntary consensus standards for mental health, including symptoms, function and quality of life, and treatment locations. Goldberg is psychiatrist-in-chief at Rhode Island Hospital and The Miriam Hospital. He is also a professor at The Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University. •
