Richard L. Phipps of Phipps Realty recently was awarded Kent Washington Board of Realtors’ 2002 Distinguished Service Award. He was recognized for his outstanding achievements and service to the KWBR and it’s members. Phipps has been a member of the KWBR since 1979 and has served at the local, state and national levels. He was elected to the board of directors in 1998. Phipps is currently president-elect for the Kent Washington Board.
