Robert J. Moitozo has been named a principal engineer for Bryant Associates, Inc. His duties include design of highway and traffic engineering projects, project assignments, and scheduling for professional staff supervision, and quality assurance/control. Moitozo is a registered professional engineer in R.I. and Mass. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
