Robert Troutman has been promoted from senior art director to creative director of Fleming and Company Inc. in Newport. He has more than 10 years’ experience in design, working previously at BIG BLUE DOT. He also founded a freelance company, Engine, and co-founded Orange, a handbag design studio, both in Providence. He has degrees in graphic design, from Rhode Island School of Design, and in political science, from Pennsylvania State University.
