Rod Rodrigues has been promoted to plumbing sales and service director for Lincoln-based Gem Plumbing. He is responsible for residential plumbing services and will continue to serve as director of training. Rodrigues joined the company in 2003. He previously worked as a technician and trainer with other plumbing companies. Rodrigues has an M.B.A. in marketing and executive management from International College of Naples.
