Russell W. Hahn has been appointed senior vice president and regional manager for The Washington Trust Company. His duties include operations and overseeing the North Kingstown, Cranston and Providence offices, and will oversee operations for the Warwick branch when it opens in 2003. Hahn also manages a commercial portfolio and has been a key force in developing commercial relationships in the West Bay area. He joined the bank in 1992 as a loan review officer.
