Ruth N. Bramson has been named senior vice president of human resources at National Grid in Westborough, Mass. She formerly served as chief human resources officer and chief diversity officer for the commonwealth of Massachusetts. In her new role, Bramson is responsible for all human resources functions including employee services, inclusion and diversity, labor relations, recruitment and compensation benefits covering more than 8,500 National Grid employees.
