Scott Boyd has been promoted to assistant vice president in human resources for Amica Mutual Insurance Co. Boyd joined Amica in 1997 as an associate adjuster, and held positions as claims supervisor and claims examiner before transferring to human resources in 2006 to serve as human resources manager. In his new role, he will continue to serve as director of compensation and benefits. •
